Hi, I'm Fabie
Your dedicated Netherlands-based virtual assistant, an entrepreneur, a mom, and, honestly, a potpourri of everything in between, and the heart behind PinkDo. I strongly believe in Pink Power and the positive impact it can have on both business and life.
I come from the beautiful island of Curaçao, where speaking multiple languages is part of everyday life. I speak Dutch, English, Papiamentu, and Spanish, which allows me to easily connect with clients and entrepreneurs from different backgrounds and cultures around the globe.
From a young age, I have loved structure, planning, and helping my people. Today, I live that purpose by supporting clients worldwide. As my slogan says, Do. Did. Done. I have you covered. That is the PinkDo way.
I do not shy away from challenges. From managing complex business tasks to organizing a whole wedding for a close friend, my organizational skills go far beyond standard business support. I see chaos as something that can always be turned into clarity.

More than business support
Along my journey, PinkDo evolved into more than just virtual assistance. While working closely with entrepreneurs, I noticed how busy lives, ambition, and responsibility often leave little room to pause.
That realization led me to host vision board workshops. I have already hosted several workshops, and every time it has confirmed what I feel deep down. Women need moments of mental rest, softness, self-love, and trust. Space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. This work was born during my own journey with self-love. I was learning to truly see myself again, to give myself permission to evolve, and to become a woman, not only a mother. I realized that when I am grounded and aligned, my children, my family, and the people around me feel that too.
Through my workshops, I create safe and intentional spaces where women can reflect, dream, and turn clarity into direction. No rush. No perfection. Just alignment, softness, and focus. Because when a woman is good, everything around her flows better, too.

I have always loved pink so much that my nickname at university in Curaçao was Pink. That passion eventually grew into PinkDo, where I bring color, structure, and joy into entrepreneurs’ businesses. Pink is not just my favorite color; it represents the positive energy and creativity I put into everything I do.
✨2. The Accidental Wedding Planner
I never imagined myself planning weddings, but I did. In June 2025, I organized a dream wedding for my best friend, and it turned into one of my proudest projects. It showed me that my eye for detail and love for organizing can create unforgettable moments far beyond business tasks.

Organizing comes naturally to me. What others call overwhelming to-do lists, I see as a fun puzzle to solve, which makes me the go-to problem solver for busy entrepreneurs. Nothing makes me happier than turning chaos into clarity and seeing entrepreneurs thrive with more freedom and peace of mind.
